I ordered dog food on 18th December from your company. Dog only eats Monge Hypoallergenic Zalm & Tonijn.I was home all day and I recive SMS yesterday that the driver "could not contact me" and will take the dog’s food next working day to the address that will be sent to me later. This “next day” has already passed and I still have not received either the package or the address. I’m very disappointed because I was waiting, and this dog food is not easy to find now. How must we resolve this issue?
